Indian Repair offers a warranty up to 12 months on mobile repair spare parts from the date of invoice.
The repair/workmanship warranty is up to 12 months, provided the gadget is not treated, opened, or managed by any other vendor after our last repair. Replaced parts warranty is separate but still subject to this condition. Warranty is provided only for the same repair and fault.
In physically damaged gadgets or gadgets with identified hardware damage, it is possible that parts which were intermittently working may stop functioning during diagnosis. Indian Repair will not be held liable for returning the gadget in the exact pre-received partial working condition. We will inform customers if any additional issues are identified.
The warranty covers service issues fixed and parts replaced (original or compatible) by Indian Repair. The warranty does not cover any breakage or water damage caused by external factors after delivery. Repairs of water-damaged phones do not carry any warranty.
All repaired phones will be held for a maximum of 15 days. If the customer does not claim delivery within 15 days, the company will not be responsible for any loss or damage.
Customers are required to pay visit charges of ₹499 during the warranty period as per company policy.
Appointments can be rescheduled any time before 1 hour of the scheduled visit. Cancellation attracts a visit charge of ₹499.
Indian Repair ensures the use of high-quality spare parts with warranty coverage. However, refunds are not available.
How can I claim my warranty?
To claim warranty, the customer must send a short video and photos of the phone showing the issue along with the invoice to indianrepair7@gmail.com. Warranty will be provided only if all prerequisites are fulfilled.
The warranty period depends on the type of parts used and is mentioned on the invoice.
Our team generally resolves issues within 24 to 72 hours after receiving the query. You will receive responses via email.
Warranty can be availed only in company serviceable territories.
Important Note: Customers are advised to back up all data before repair. Indian Repair is not responsible for data loss.

- Any type of damage, blank screen, lines, spots, colour spreading, or flickering on screen
- Any accidental damage (direct or indirect)
- Display issues related to screen quality such as visible lines or blank screens
- Excessive or severe physical damage that may harm internal components
- Mishandling causing frame bending, twisting, or breaking
- Repeated forceful pressure on the screen causing discoloration or lines
- Subsequent drops, accidental or intentional
- Water damage
- Internal hardware tampering or alterations
- Damage caused by self-repair attempts
- Software issues unrelated to the repair
- Jailbroken devices
- Issues unrelated to the original repair
- Any data loss during or after repair
- Warranty is void if the device is sold or transferred to another user
- Battery warranty is not valid in cases of excessive charging, battery swelling, overnight charging, or use of non-OEM chargers or cables
